Seeking a Construction Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a leading non-contentious construction team in Leeds. Work on high-value projects across healthcare, local government, housing, and education. Draft and negotiate contracts using JCT and NEC, and manage PPP supply chain agreements. Advise on project delivery from hospitals to social housing, coordinating with clients and internal advisers.
