Senior Legal Counsel | UK & Ireland

Advise senior management on employment and commercial legal matters within UK & Ireland. Oversee compliance programs and risk management strategies across markets. Mentor and guide junior legal professionals to build a strong legal team. Represent the company in regulatory discussions and, when needed, legal proceedings. Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts including vendor, NDA, customer, and partnership agreements. Build relationships with external counsel, regulators, and key stakeholders while handling escalations autonomously.
