The role
Lead and execute maintenance and construction projects across occupied and void properties in Liverpool.
Provide hands-on trade skills across joinery and plumbing to deliver high-quality work.
Operate with a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction on every job.
Work independently, manage tasks, and adapt to varying site conditions and schedules.
Hold City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualifications, or an equivalent level of competency.
Collaborate with teams as needed while maintaining project standards and timelines.
