Sales and Marketing Manager
Lead and execute the hotel’s sales and marketing plan to drive revenue across corporate, meetings and events, and leisure segments. Identify and secure new business while growing share from existing accounts through direct selling, promotions, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with the revenue team and leadership to maximize profitability and accuracy of the sales forecast. Develop targeted account plans, nurture key national accounts, and manage local partnerships and affiliations. Oversee local marketing, social media, PR opportunities, and maintain a strong online presence across brand and third-party sites. Utilize Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office to report, analyze data, and support the central marketing team.
