Legal Counsel

Provide pragmatic and commercial legal guidance to the business while staying updated on relevant laws. Draft, negotiate and input into major contracts across leasing, logistics, manufacturing, and heavy machinery. Support transactional corporate matters and advise on commercial strategies. Liaise with Facilities, Procurement and Fleet to manage workload and expectations. Requires 4+ years' PQE in commercial law, with experience in general commercial contracts and exposure to corporate transactions. Hybrid working arrangement with a salary up to £80,000, offering breadth for progression in a consumer-facing business.
