The role
Manage plaintiff personal injury caseload from claim through litigation and trial.
Conduct and defend depositions and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
Negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel while maintaining strong client relationships.
Maintain meticulous case management, organize deadlines, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering superb, responsive client service.
