The role
Handle commercial litigation matters from intake to resolution, including partnership and construction disputes.
Independently manage matters end-to-end with strong legal writing and strategic planning.
Draft motions, briefs, discovery, and take/defend depositions; appear at hearings as needed.
Flexible billable structure: approximately 1,600–1,800 billable hours, with a 10% origination bonus and a 40% over-target bonus.
Fully remote in Georgia, with occasional court appearances near the Atlanta metro.
Contribute to client development with inbound work and grow the practice through long-term platform opportunities.
