The role
This in-office role focuses on California construction, contract, and surety litigation in Irvine, CA.
Support senior partners with legal research, drafting, discovery, and case strategy on complex construction disputes, delay claims, and mechanics liens.
Gain exposure to oral arguments, depositions, and client contacts as experience grows.
Requirements include CA bar in good standing, JD, 1+ year of litigation experience, and strong research and writing skills.
Desirable but not required: experience in delay claims, mechanics liens, or surety law.
Full-time, on-site; contract or permanent engagement options.
