The role
The role focuses on toxic tort and general liability litigation, with deposition, motion, and trial responsibilities.
Lead or co-lead counsel on matters, providing strategic case management and client advocacy.
Candidates will have at least 3 years of litigation experience in general liability; toxic tort exposure preferred.
A New York license is required; New Jersey admission is a plus; clerkship or law review background is valued.
Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills are essential, with proven academic credentials.
