The role
Seeking an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to manage all aspects of plaintiff-side PI cases.
Minimum 5+ years of PI litigation experience; capable of independent case valuation, strategy, and settlement decisions.
Duties include drafting pleadings, handling discovery demands, and drafting and arguing motions.
Conduct and defend depositions, EUOs, and 50-H hearings; participate in court appearances and settlement negotiations.
Trial experience is a plus but not required; candidates must have substantial personal injury experience.
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Floral Park, NY, with a long-term, permanent career opportunity.
