The role
Manage a full litigation caseload in federal court from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and handling oral arguments.
Draft and file complaints and amended pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, and conduct Rule 26(f) conferences.
Appear at status conferences, hearings, and oral arguments while communicating directly with clients and co-counsel.
Develop strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills with exposure to high-volume federal practice.
Requirements include JD from an accredited law school, active license, and 2-5 years of litigation experience; federal preferred.
