The role
Manage a caseload of predominantly low-to-moderate complexity from inception through trial and appeal.
Develop and apply effective litigation strategies, including trial advocacy and settlement negotiations.
Conduct legal research and produce persuasive writing, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
Appear at court events, depositions, and other proceedings with minimal supervision; travel as needed.
Provide case analysis and guidance to insured clients and claim partners; train and advise teammates.
Utilize technology and case management systems to drive efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.
