Financial Controller – Pickering | Multi-Site Group
Lead and manage all finance operations across multiple sites, ensuring robust financial controls and accurate reporting. Oversee and develop a small finance team, delivering hands-on support and driving process improvements. Produce monthly management accounts with insightful commentary for the Board and senior leadership. Own budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and performance. Manage payroll, VAT, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance and efficiency while partnering with directors on costs and productivity. Coordinate statutory accounts and external audits, and enhance financial systems to enable growth.
