Heritage Castle General Manager — Events & Hospitality
Lead the day-to-day operations of a historic hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial sustainability. Oversee all aspects of events and hospitality, from planning and execution to post-event analysis and continuous improvement. Provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused team. Own financial stewardship including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and revenue optimization to meet targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote mission-driven work while maintaining service excellence. Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and peak demand.
