The role
Lead all financial management and reporting to ensure robust controls and timely insights.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to drive strategic decisions.
Produce monthly management accounts and reports for senior leadership.
Oversee statutory accounts, audits, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with external parties.
Provide clear financial insight to support decision-making and long-term planning.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors, and line manage a small finance team.
