Estimator, Construction

Estimator responsible for submitting tenders and proposals for build and refurbishment packages on hospitality projects across the UK. Project values range from £100k to £2m, with duties spanning preliminary costing, take-offs, and margin development. Collaborates with the Director, mentors junior estimators, and ensures accurate costing using internal estimating and take-off systems. Develops and maintains client relationships to create tender opportunities and negotiate tender margins. Manages sub-contractor and supplier enquiries, evaluates quotations, and supports procurement activities. Participates in post-tender negotiations and ensures tender documents are reviewed and amended as required.
