Finance Team Lead – AP/AR, SAP

Lead and develop the finance team to drive efficient Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control processes. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. Utilize SAP (FI/CO) to manage month-end close, financial reporting, and data analysis. Collaborate with the Finance Manager and cross-functional partners to implement process improvements. Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management to the accounting team.
