De functie
Act as the HR lead for assigned facilities, translating business objectives into people strategies.
Partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent across multiple NY sites.
Champion performance and talent management, delivering programs on schedule and in alignment with the business plan.
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to deploy required HR programs and data-driven solutions.
Support the HR service delivery model by working with HR Services and COEs, while managing labor and employee relations in a union environment.
Develop a solid business literacy to advise leadership on people implications within the organization’s culture and market landscape.
