The role
Overview: Manage litigation, regulatory matters, and strategic counseling as the organization expands in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities include drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Advise on approaches to competitive dynamics and risk management with increasing responsibility based on merit.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed; national recruitment with relocation support.
Qualifications include a JD with 3-7 years of experience in litigation, regulatory and privacy matters, and strong academic credentials; COVID-19 vaccination is required.
