The role
Lead complex legal matters as a senior in-house attorney on a Madison, WI campus (relocation required with full reimbursement).
Negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
Develop and manage relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to align legal strategy with business goals.
Ensure compliance with current and evolving legal and regulatory frameworks in the US and abroad, including data privacy and IP.
Oversee litigation management and dispute resolution while driving strategic, cross-functional projects.
Bring a detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong writing and communication skills, and grow rapidly in a dynamic industry.
