The role
Lead and manage complex litigation, regulatory, and privacy matters impacting product offerings.
Serve as primary counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial readiness.
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations and trial readiness.
Advise on regulatory and privacy litigation, ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess legal risk and shape strategic business decisions.
Requirements include a JD with 3-7 years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, relocation to Madison, WI (fully reimbursed), and COVID-19 vaccination.
