The role
Handle multi-million dollar license and service agreements with global healthcare organizations.
Own challenging projects, including vendor relationships and collaboration with industry partners.
Navigate compliance with existing and developing US and international legal frameworks, privacy requirements, and regulatory risk management.
Manage litigation and provide strategic legal guidance to cross-functional teams across diverse topics.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed; on-site role with relocation support.
Demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication while tackling corporate, IP, employment, and regulatory matters.
