The role
Drive strategic legal initiatives as part of a growing in-house team.
Negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
Own challenging projects, including vendor relationships, industry collaborations, and compliance with evolving US and international legal frameworks.
Manage litigation and provide counsel across intellectual property, privacy, employment, and general corporate matters.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical legal solutions aligned with rapid business growth.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed.
