The role
Serve as a key litigator and counselor handling litigation, regulatory, and privacy matters.
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations.
Provide strategic trial guidance and manage litigation risk as the business expands its offerings.
Collaborate cross-functionally to navigate evolving competitive and regulatory landscapes.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed; on-site campus role.
JD with 3-7 years of experience and strong writing, communication, and analytical skills; COVID-19 vaccination required.
