The role
Seeking a licensed Tennessee attorney to join a regional practice focused on retail and commercial collections and creditor rights.
Manage files from intake through resolution, including discovery, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
Litigation in state and federal courts with client counseling and strategic advocacy.
Maintain docket control, organize documents, and coordinate with colleagues to develop case strategy.
Requires strong communication, analytical thinking, time management, and commitment to ethical practice.
This is an on-site, full-time role in Memphis, Tennessee with no remote work option.
