The role
Represent and litigate personal injury and insurance defense matters in Manhattan, handling cases from inception through resolution.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform strategies.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Litigate in State and federal courts and negotiate settlements.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal solutions while staying current with case law.
Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment; provide guidance to clients and claim professionals.
