The role
Manage a caseload of workers' compensation matters from intake through settlement or hearing. Consult with clients to evaluate workplace injuries, explain the process, and develop case strategy. Prepare and file claims, motions, and other documents; conduct legal research; gather medical and employment records. Communicate with medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel to advance case development and negotiate fair settlements. Represent clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and depositions, delivering compassionate, client-focused service. Massachusetts bar admission and 2–5 years’ relevant experience required.
