The role
Manage a defense litigation docket from filing through trial in Texas, collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy.
Prepare and conduct legal research on defense matters and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Prepare and defend depositions, and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
Develop case strategies, interview witnesses, and perform factual investigations.
Maintain organized case files and stay current on Texas civil procedure and rules of evidence.
Uphold ethical standards and thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented team focused on high-quality outcomes.
