The role
Contribute to patent and IP-related litigation from inception through trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategic focus.
Perform in-depth legal research and analyze complex technical matters.
Assist in preparing expert reports and support trial teams during courtroom proceedings.
Interface with clients, inventors, and technical experts to build strong factual records; participate in depositions and pretrial preparation under experienced litigators.
Requirements include 1-4 years of patent or IP litigation, a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, bar admission (Texas preferred or willingness to obtain), and a technical background in electrical engineering or computer science; strong writing, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
