The role
Join a national law firm’s transactional practice as a mid-level associate attorney based in Boston, with opportunities in Wilmington, DE.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
Support corporate transactions such as entity formation, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, including due diligence and related documentation.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on transactional matters and regulatory issues while coordinating with internal teams and clients.
Maintain organized records, manage multiple deal timelines, and ensure compliance with applicable contract and corporate law.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor, Massachusetts bar admission, at least two years of transactional experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills; this role offers a hybrid work environment and professional growth.
