The role
You will build and optimize large-scale ML systems focused on token-level transformers and efficient experimentation pipelines.
Develop robust software to support high-throughput training across clusters, GPUs, and modern tooling.
Collaborate with researchers to run scientific experiments, compare model variants, and interpret results.
Create and maintain data processing, monitoring, and fault-tolerance infrastructure for distributed training.
Contribute to design docs, performance profiling, and reproducible benchmarks to advance steerable AI.
