The role
The role involves partnering with leadership to define and implement the company's people strategy, building structures and processes that support rapid expansion. The Senior Human Resources Manager will operate both strategically and practically to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Responsibilities include developing performance management frameworks, leading end-to-end recruitment, managing HR operations, and designing training programmes. The candidate should possess extensive HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and strong stakeholder management skills. A CIPD Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience is preferred, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment.
