The role
The Human Resources Business Partner supports site leadership teams in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. They lead cultural transformation initiatives, build trust-based relationships with trade unions, and influence behaviours on the shop floor. They provide coaching and development support to management, manage industrial relations, and oversee talent planning and employee engagement. The role requires strategic, relational, and operational skills including change management, stakeholder influencing, and conflict resolution. It involves working closely with various HR functions to ensure HR activities contribute to site success and regional priorities.
