The role
Seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience handling first-party insurance litigation, focusing on residential and commercial property claims.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery while conducting thorough legal research and writing persuasive memoranda.
Advise clients on coverage issues, develop litigation strategy, and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings; manage cases independently while collaborating with a team.
Advocate in first-party bad faith matters and related personal injury claims when applicable; contribute to complex, meaningful matters in a fast-paced environment.
On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), 80 hours PTO, and holidays in Shavano Park, TX.
