The role
Handle litigation and dispute resolution for community associations, including pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
Draft and respond to discovery requests; perform legal research on statutes, case law, and governing regulations affecting HOAs and condominiums.
Advise HOA and condominium boards on governance, compliance, and enforcement of governing documents.
Draft, review, and amend declarations, bylaws, and rules to address evolving needs.
Manage assessment collection matters, including demand letters, lien filings, foreclosures, and related litigation support.
Support real estate issues impacting associations (easements, boundary disputes, and common-area conveyances) and contribute to business development through client proposals.
