The role
Manage residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters from inception to completion.
Draft court pleadings and defend motions while analyzing cases to advise clients on strategy.
Represent clients at telephonic and in-person court hearings; support collection matters as needed.
Handle a high-volume caseload with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Requirements: JD from an accredited law school and NM bar admission; 1-2 years of litigation, real estate, or mortgage experience.
Fully remote role in New Mexico with comprehensive benefits and emphasis on clear written and verbal communication.
