The role
Serve as the in-house litigator and advisor, managing complex litigation, regulatory, and privacy matters for a growing software organization.
Lead motions, briefs, and oral arguments; drive settlement negotiations; and oversee discovery and trial strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and leadership to assess legal risk as offerings expand.
Expect rapid growth in responsibility, with opportunities for leadership and strategic impact.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and fully reimbursed, with competitive compensation and annual incentives; stock grants may be available.
Must hold a JD with 3-7 years of relevant experience, including trial work; regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus; COVID-19 vaccination required.
