The role
Lead and manage complex multi-million dollar license and service agreements with global healthcare organizations.
Own challenging projects, including forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
Ensure compliance with evolving US and international legal frameworks; manage regulatory risk.
Oversee litigation and provide strategic legal guidance across intellectual property, privacy, employment, and general corporate matters.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required with full reimbursement; opportunities for growth and leadership, competitive compensation.
Must maintain strong academic credentials, exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills; adapt with flexibility and a proactive learning mindset.
