Le poste
Perform hands-on production duties in a heavy manufacturing setting to fabricate transformer components for high voltage markets.
Follow safety and quality procedures; maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate records.
Winders operate semi-automatic and manual winding machines to wind, assemble, and fabricate materials such as coils and insulation.
Operate material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts) and use computers to track schedules and manufacturing status.
Maintain required paperwork and participate in continuous improvement and team-based initiatives; cross-train to learn multiple skills.
May work overtime, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment; must read drawings, lift 25 lbs+, and perform repetitive hand tasks safely.
