Le poste
The HR Records Specialist manages compliant, accurate, and confidential employee records throughout the employment lifecycle. Facilitate onboarding by reviewing and auditing new hire documentation for completeness and policy/compliance with applicable laws. Ensure timely collection, verification, and secure storage of onboarding documents (e.g., I-9s, licenses/certifications) in line with retention standards. Maintain electronic and hardcopy records with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor licensure, certifications, and credentials for applicable roles, and notify leaders and employees of upcoming expirations. Support performance management by tracking evaluations, filing related documents, and preparing audit-ready materials.
