Stay at the forefront of ML research to improve capabilities and maintain leadership in ML practices.
Formulate and validate modeling and dataset hypotheses, analyzing drivers and building a development roadmap.
Define requirements and communicate needs to product and engineering teams; influence the strategic direction of ML.
Translate research into practical, scalable systems and improve performance of ad networks and recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and engineering teams; contribute to experimental design and evaluation.
