Le poste
Own and advance customer experience analytics, defining new CX metrics to measure and improve the shopping and service experience.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, program managers, and engineers to turn data into actionable decisions.
Create and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, presenting quality insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Provide thought leadership in ecommerce analytics and customer behavior, translating tens of billions of data points into clear narratives.
Bring strong SQL skills (7+ years) and experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Presto) and BI (Power BI/Tableau) to the role; fraud domain experience is a plus.
Prefer experience with Python/R, version control (Git/SVN), and a growth mindset to explore new tools in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
