Le poste
Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing programs to grow census and revenue in behavioral health services.
Lead and coach a team to hire, onboard, train, evaluate performance, and achieve department goals.
Design and implement monthly, seasonal, and annual strategies; monitor results and adjust tactics to optimize referrals.
Maintain and report key accounts and contacts with physicians, managed care partners, and allied health professionals; provide weekly updates to leadership.
Build and sustain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, insurers, and public officials; educate stakeholders through workshops and facility tours.
Collaborate with discharge planners, admissions, and management to analyze market data, forecast demand, and inform strategic planning; ensure compliant reporting.
