Le poste
The HRIS Operations Program Manager leads governance and execution of HRIS initiatives to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
Regularly audits HR processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements streamlined workflows.
Serves as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries and audits, and oversees state and federal regulatory filings.
Partners with IT and external vendors to manage HR system upgrades, integrations, data integrity, troubleshooting, and overall system performance.
Develops and manages project plans, dashboards, and centralized reporting on status, risks, milestones, and HR metrics.
Coordinates payroll-related activities with outsourced providers, including pre-processing, reconciliation, post-payroll responsibilities, and resolution of issues, while supporting timekeeping and testing.
