Own the API content strategy and craft clear, concise guides, tutorials, and manuals for both technical and non-technical Marketplace sellers and solution providers.
Translate complex API concepts into user-friendly resources across guides, videos, release notes, and learning paths.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Marketing Ops, and other stakeholders to align content with business objectives.
Develop and enforce API content style guides, ensure consistency, and manage content in ContentStack.
Audit content, identify gaps, optimize for SEO, and measure effectiveness to boost seller engagement.
Lead content production, partner with subject-matter experts and agencies, and establish scalable processes for ongoing education.
