A Senior Android Engineer is required to join a growing FinTech that focuses on mobile software development. The role involves developing modern Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack, taking end-to-end ownership of features, and solving real production issues through root-cause analysis. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions and drive technical improvements. Key skills include strong Android and Kotlin experience, concurrency understanding, and excellent communication. Experience in regulated sectors such as Banking or Payments is advantageous. Opportunities for career progression towards Tech Lead or People Management are available.
