Candidates should possess strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native architecture, with proficiency in REST API integration and mobile lifecycle management. The position requires performance profiling, CI/CD support, documentation, and mentoring to uphold coding standards and efficiency in mobile app development.
