Envision, champion, and drive the development of novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations to solve real-world problems.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design and deploy efficient AI solutions for customer support products.
Stay current with the latest AI/ML technologies and share knowledge across the team.
Own the design and development of AI and ML services with a focus on scalable, production-ready systems.
Work on LLM-driven chatbot and agentic AI initiatives, including fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation, and guardrails.
Operate in a cross-functional environment and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
