Senior Sales Financial Analyst

Join as the Senior Sales FP&A Analyst and act as a finance business partner to GTM leaders. Own the month- and quarter-end close processes, including accruals and journal entries, and provide variance analysis to ensure accurate results. Lead the annual planning and long-term forecasting for headcount and budgets, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to inform strategy. Present monthly financials to business partners, highlight variances, discuss go-forward strategy, and update forecasts. Partner with operations on productivity metrics and deliver data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; at least 3 years of FP&A experience; advanced Excel; solid accounting/finance experience; ability to influence multiple stakeholders; experience supporting GTM organizations is a plus; familiarity with Adaptive Insights and/or Workday Financials is a plus.
