De functie
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead a distributed data science team to deliver end-to-end ML products for catalog quality, pricing, sourcing, and replenishment initiatives.
You will build, train, and productionize advanced statistical models, ML algorithms, NLP, CV, and generative AI solutions to unlock actionable insights and business impact.
Own data collection, data quality assessment, and synthesis into large analytics datasets; identify data gaps and shape scalable data pipelines.
Drive stakeholder engagement by translating business needs into ML projects, defining success criteria and KPIs, and communicating impact.
Scale prototypes into production-ready analytics solutions with a product mindset and robust MLOps practices, ensuring governance and monitoring.
Stay at the frontier of research, mentor peers, and collaborate across regions to deliver high-quality analytics that empower decision-making.
